Is there anyway to unlock the door besides the key?? One of our doors is faulty and the key will not work

I'm sure you could just use a paper clip or something, they unlock pretty easily!

Are the keys metal? My toddler likes to stick things in outlets.

The keys are metal but they're attached to a short black cord which is attached to the top handle of the house so one doesn't lose them easily. Unless your toddler drags/carries the whole house to the outlet, I don't think it'd be a concern (at least not with our child).

Why does one house have batteries and another doesnt?

Hi! Our adorable Doorbell House requires two AAA batteries. They are not included with the house, unless one of the sellers is installing the AAA batteries independently? "Ding dong...fun is calling!"
