What good is a nice piece of hardware if the lock doesn’t work? VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Good product; see the video in the product pictures if you have trouble unlocking the padlock
It's a good product but I had an issue where I couldn't figure out how to get the key out of the padlock, although that was quickly solved by watching the video on the product page.
