Worked great but did not last very long, maybe 4 months. Also the handle edges are kind of sharp. It would greatly benefit from having a rubber or plastic protection for your hands.

Only used once. Need to wait for next year to try again

In fact using this tool done the cutting process much longer.2. Handle - Yes this tool isn't sharp and still both of the times I used this tool I managed to cut myself with the handle. If thew handle had come with silicon protection it was mush better and safer.In Sum:I honestly hoped this product will reduce my cutting time and make my life easier. Unfortunately, I'm unable to say so. In fact, the process of cutting the watermelon become much longer and harder. Also, the lake of protection on the handle remove any joy of using this tool. I think this is a really easy to use and fun product to own. I am a kitchen gadget junkie so when I saw this watermelon slicer and cutter I had never seen it before so I had to have it. This slicer makes it easier to cut the watermelon without getting the rind. You can slice it in all different sizes chunks to the preferred size. The blade is very sharp and it allows you to effortlessly cut the watermelon. It is also easy to clean. The reason for the 4 stars is that it is pretty good size and is bigger to store than a knife or other kitchen gadgets and it's really a specialized tool so I'm not sure how much I will Actually use it and with it being so sharp it has to be stored seperately from the kitchen gadget drawer so no one gets cut with it. For people who eat watermelon all the time this would make it easier to cut the watermelon and the it's fun to use.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Ok, I was skeptical that this thing would work, but seriously cutting watermelon can truly be a PITA. I ussually just buy the precut kind because it is easier.Now that I have this tool, I can save money on buying watermelon. I can buy the whole one and cut it myself with minimal hassle!I wasn't sure how to use it as no instructions were included in tge package. But it really wasn't difficult to figure out. I did mangle the first side until I got it figured out. The second side was just easy. My kid didn't care that I smushed it up a bit. He was just excited to be getting the watermelon.I did purchase this watermelon cutter and slicer at a discounted price in return for providing my honest and unbiased opinion.

Great cutter, would be a great gift for those who have everything. Cuts melon sections easy and great presentation for guests.I have another cutter, but it cuts the entire melon, I prefer this one and cut half at a time.Nice design and seems durable, should last a long time. I was able to find on sale and was given a discount to test and review.

Yes, it cut the watermelon, but makes a big mess while doing so. I'd not buy it again, nor recommend anyone else do so.
