I’ve tried a bunch of different products more known brands and less known ones, but this actually works.My hair and nails grow like crazy and I love it.They taste really good which I was surprised about the consistency is like a tough Gummy Bear but not sticky, so it doesn’t stick to my teeth. I personally don’t find they have a weird after taste and they’re really easy to just eat regularly.Dosage is two per day and so far that has not been a problem.
