Where do you put the stickers on the fretboard?

The stickers are to be placed on the guitar's below the strings prior to each fret.

Wil these fit a 3/4 size guitar?

If the set you've gotten go up to the 12th fret. then they should fit the 3/4 size guitar.

Are the letters notes

They are the locations of the notes on the fretboard

I'm confused where the "0" sticker goes. Is it placed right below the nut? And the the "1" sticker goes right below it?

I placed mine before the nut to follow the same pattern as the other stickers
