Best escargot ever!
Bought these last year but never ate them. They have a long shelf life, so decided to serve them this year. My wife was born in France and has discerning tastes. We ate the escargot with Christmas Eve dinner. She soaked them in red wine, then cooked them in Cremini mushrooms with garlic butter, and topped with a sprinkle of Jarlsberg cheese. C'est magnifique! My wife says they are the best escargot she has ever had! Going to order more soon!

These are delicious and have a very foresty/earthy subtleness to their flavor due 2 da fact that they r wild(as opposed 2 da farmed ones).These are "extra large" as described and are really tender,clean and yummilicious :)

Funny texture and taste
After a trip to France I had high hopes for these but snails in a can have a funny texture and taste and I was not pleased. I ended up throwing most of them away...

Delicious!
These snails were the perfect size for cooking and eating. I tried them in 2 different recipes and they were delicious both times! I recommend this brand!And I didn’t feel sluggish after eating them! 😉
