Not too difficult to install if you have a little basic knowledge of tools and measurements. Works well with the Keychain remotes. Make sure you are pressing the correct buttons as it's easy to press the wrong one. Maybe color them with paint or marker. Easy to program for different speeds and times to hold open. Very happy with this purchase and will definitely purchase accessories for the door soon so I can open it without the remote. Would be great for home improvement projects for the disabled to have easier access in their homes.

Doesn't always turn on and function properly; often "opens" the door about 6" causing need to restart the opener. Sometimes functions properly for about half the day then starts either opening only 6", not closing fully, etc. Inconsistently inconsistent which isn't what I'm looking for for use in my retail store.

Garbage Item, I have been trying to reach out for assistance, They failed to do so. Door keeps staying open and buttons keep getting stuck continuously and when they do so I have to send one of my staff to adjust them so the door can close.
