I purchased this product in November and received it exactly on time. I did not receive the thermometer with it. I returned product. MY FAULT. Clearly written possible sets do not have thermometer. I received several emails from Winedale but did not recognize email so did not open. Winedale sent me this product without my knowledge. I have not used the thermometer yet, but know it will be awesome, but have to say the thinner mats work better than my other ones. I have been using grill mats for several years and I BQ ALLOT. If I could give this product a TEN STAR I would.

Okay, so I bought my dad some of these last year and why I waited a year to get my own is BEYOND me cause these are fantastic! Whoever invented these grill mats are a genius!! My husband and I both love these! We love grilling out and it's a staple for the summer but who really loves to clean the grill? Eww... it's the worst but these little guys make it all better! The grill mats are non-stick which helps everything slide right off when you're done cooking- Yup, no more peeling your food off the racks or having a huge mess to clean! I just run them under warm water and use a little soap and it comes clean. I lay them out to dry and once dry, I roll them back up (the come rolled up) and stick them in a drawer which is a huge space saver. Oh, and if you are too tired to clean the mat, it's 100% dishwasher safe.... BONUS :) It still gives you grill marks so it still feels like you're grilling and it makes grilling veggies, kabobs, and/or corn on the cob so much easier and we don't fear losing anything through the grill rack. They are rated up to 500 degrees and they recommend you don't go hotter than that or they start to break down. Geez! What an incredible invention. These are great. I'm loving my grill mats. I really hate the idea of barbecuing because I hate the scrubbing of the grill. I with Grilla Mat it takes all the fuss out of cleaning and provide you with an easy fix, easy clean up and reusable ability of this product. I took them to the park and didn't have to worry about the gross grills, God knows what is on them, provided in the park. I usually just pack my own grill, but this time I didn't need to bring our portable grill. In addition next year our family reunions will be on the pavilion at our local park and we will definitely be using these. So I will be purchasing more of these. The good part in is there is four mats to extend the length of your grilling area and you can cut them to fit. These mats can take a temperature up to 500°. And clean up is just a wipe away. These bad boys are dish washer safe. And I can use either side of them. I can use them over and over and over and still have the same maximum protection. My steaks still get the grill marks that we so love to see. I just can't find anything wrong withs product. It's all purpose and the best functionality you will find in grilling anything from your delicate shrimp, vegetable, to that all day smoking of your brisket. Grill matts are the best kitchen accessory!!! We have used them in the oven but my favorite is on the grill. So far we have grilled corn, asparagus, green beans, and burgers. These baking, bbq grill matts or oven liners are great. I can use them on the grill as our grill has tons of left over food junk on the grates. These matts will allow us to grill vegetables and turkey burger meat that may fall apart. Plus my food will not stick to it, so I get to eat it instead of leaving it behind on the grill. I could also bake cookies on them. Or simply put them at the bottom of the oven for spills. I know when I make the pumpkin pie at thanksgiving and Christmas I jostle the pie getting into the oven and some always spills over causing it to burn and smoke. These will alleviate that long scrubbing cleaning process. They lay nice and flat without any molding. Also being able to put them in the dishwasher is the only way to go. We do not have time to scrub by hand. I would not have thought about it on my own but they actually can cook a pizza, I will have to try that out, I bet it tastes way better on the grill. These work great just make sure they dry completely before storing them for the next use or putting on the grill.
