Food Coloring AmeriColor Student - Kit 3 12 .75 Ounce Bottles Soft Gel Paste Colors

Bought the gel food coloring to mix in with my cake batter and pipe the design prior to baking. The colors came out beautiful and very vibrant, and came with a great selection to choose from.

All the gels are very fresh and very fluid. I only use Americolor gels for my royal icing, handpainted and watercolor cookies because the colors are true, you need only a drop to achieve the color and there is no aftertaste. I'm looking forward to experimenting with the my new colors. Arrived faster than first indicated and well packaged.

My daughter bakes and decorates the most gorgeous cookies. She swears by this food coloring. Best ever.

I've used Wilton in the past but like AmeriCor a lot better. I used them this weekend to make gelatin bubbles and the hues were amazing. Lots of color choices. I'll be buying more kits. The kids loved the colors and their hands were black from so must use but it all washed off easily in seconds with just water. A big bonus!

these food colors are the best for white chocolate. I have used them for cakes, fondant, and other things but seems to have to use a lot if it isn't chocolate ganache.
