When placed in the freezer, they come out rock solid and can't contour to eyes. When they thaw to the point that they will contour, they are briefly okay, but the area they cover of your eyes is fairly small (really just the lids and bridge of the nose, and they become room temperature again quicker than I had hoped. If you're looking for very short-term coolness on just your eyelids, these could work. But if you're looking for something more suited for handling a migraine, purchase something larger with gel capsules instead of filled with straight gel.

Bought to use for migraine relief. These only stay frozen for 30 minutes tops once placed on my head. Smaller than I anticipated & elastic string is uncomfortable.

These have become a necessity for my puffy n dark circles. I love the coolness helps me fall a sleep better!

these can be microwaved for heating them or refrigerated for cooling them.But after you start using it i.e., put them on your eyes, the effect lasts for just 2-3 minutes max.Its too thin/flimsy.
