This laptop is amazing bang-for-the-buck.Pros-Pretty lightweight-Small powerbrick (for those that travel a lot, this is important)-Nice display (great brightness)-Number pad - I require a number pad on my laptops, and this one is very nice, particularly for a 15.6" laptop. No complaints about keys being to close together.-Love the design of it (it's not ugly/unappealing).Cons-Only 3 USB ports - If you aren't using a docking station, this can be annoying. It's easily resolvable with a USB hub, but, just feels like there should be at least 4 USB ports on every laptop anymore.-Not the greatest video card. For all the other great specs this system has, don't expect to be able to play modern games on this guy. I didn't buy it for gaming, but tried to install a game from my Xbox Anywhere collection (Forza Horizon 3), and while every other spec is at or above recommendations, the video card's low memory makes it so the game won't even try to run. To be clear, this will be just fine for anyone doing business or even watching movies, just don't expect to play games on it.Neither Good Nor Bad-The light-up keyboard - I can't decide if I like the light-up keyboard or not. I'd like to be able to change the brightness at the very least.

I think I had bad luck. after I got this laptop, in about 6 months, it can't start up. since it is still in warranty, so shipped it back for repair. and was told the motherboard is broken and changed a new one. after that, the machine became slow, slow than my other much older dell laptops. then sometime later, it can't start up again, and returned to dell for check up, they said the power adapter not working, and changed a new adapter, and still has same issue sometimes, and technician were sent to my place several times. I asked if I can switch a new one, since I think the one I bought has too much issues and cause so many inconvenience, they said no, can only repair. now the laptop is still usable, but too slow and I prefer to use my old laptops.Dell support is very nice, but I am very disappointed with this Dell laptop.

Love this computer. Easy initial set up. It's fast fast fast (a lot faster than my old computer). The backlit keyboard is nice. Nice design. I am very happy. Just to clear up any confusing reviews, this does NOT have a touchscreen, but it's not supposed to.

It's okay...bigger due to framing of the window, but nice durable functional laptop. The touchpad is stiff, and because there's a number keypad, the qwerty board is offset to the left of the screen. It's easy to inadvertently touch the touchpad and delete or type by accident because it's so big. The USB ports are kind of stiff also. It's top heavy when open, so be careful when picking it up that you don't drop it!

Works flawlessly with Linux Mint 18.1. I love the backlit keyboard that turns on when I hit a key. It seems to stay cool and I don't have much fan noise. The fan does get going on a big job, but for most use it barely runs. Love this machine.

Can't go wrong with Dell I use it to stream movies and shows online works great the fan doesn't make noises as like the HP laptops do speed is great and with the icore 7 im loving it

super fast processor, doesn't get hot running on battery, love it. i use the touch screen more than i expected.

This is a solid work computer. If you're a PC gamer, this may not be for you; but if you want something for browsing the internet, working on documents, or watching videos, this has everything you need. I've had this for about a year and it's worked perfectly for my needs.

They post wrong information ..it is used working not good have to pay duty extra...Amazon should put this add in black list... or should given full authentic information
