Happy with the product but the guarantee card and the instructions manual are missing from the package

Pan is good but the seller has wrong description. The 30cm is a typo.. they will send 20cm. If you want big pan choose the 24 cm

Food sticks quite easily and the gloss disappears after a few washing. If this is truly non-toxic then at least that part is good. If you're planning to fry fish on this then I wish you good luck. It is however, slick, small and useful to fry/cook various other things and the handle is made in a way so that your hands do not get burnt.

Pan is good but cannot be used for sauteing, especially protein based foods like paneer or chicken. It sticks quiet a bit no matter how much oil you add or even if the pan is pre-seasoned. Incidentally I have a smaller version which works just fine (is reasonably non stick), so I guess the non stick property is hit or miss with the individual pan finish you get. For most of these pans it sticks, for some lucky ones it doesn't.
