Great product. Fair price. One doesn't always have to spend a fortune to get life like results in art or taxidermy projects. Many times economically made and priced plastic eyes like these do the trick flawlessly. This pterodactyl is a perfect example of the smaller sized eyes adding that final touch.

We had bought a carved owl from a local craftsman but for several reasons he had used big red eyes, sort of like the Hooters owl.My wife pried off the red eyes, put wood putty into the eye sockets, and pressed these eyes into the putty. When it dried she used a fine paintbrush to paint the little bit of putty that showed around the edge of the eyes. We are very happy with the results.

I bought this pair of eyes to replace the ones on my garden owl. Not that I wanted to spend the money to repair a $22 plastic decoy owl, but a quick dab of epoxy and he is overseeing my plants once again.

This is proof that you can buy ANYTHING on Amazon. A neighbor gave me a Great Horned Owl decoy to keep birds off the boat slip but the eyes were faded out and cloudy. Went to Amazon, typed in Owl Eyes and there you go. Worked great!
