Great product
Bought this for my son as after recommendation for his physio to aid his knee recovery.He has used it for football and said it really helps with his discomfort. As he felt little to nothing while playing.

Seems well made, but didn't help me much if at all.
It's ok. I have a knee which is crunching, and this hasn't helped at all from either a support point of view or to stop the horrendous noise from my knees. I've tried adjusting it in several different ways, and it has a good amount of adjustment, but for me it simply didn't work. I will say that it seems to be well made, with good padding in the right places so is quite comfortable to wear and doesn't slip around. The velcro doesn't rub against the skin like on some supports so is well designed. However as I said it doesn't seem to fix the noise or offer any pain relief, but every person's condition is different, and you cannot expect it to work for everyone.

Yet to test
I purchased both types of products, as some people have reported success with one over the other. I decided to test the latter and found it to be effective. I experienced no soreness throughout high-impact activities. I'll test this support as well, since I already have it now. I suffer from runner's knee, which necessitates the use of some form of support during my cardio activities, esp. running long distances as I do in the gym on a treadmill and outdoors.
