Stopped working after being used few times
The steamer was working perfectly until end of May. The switch bottom is not working anymore and there is no option to return, exchange or refund for this purchase. Any other way I can query it with Amazon directly. There is no option to contact seller. I have never had any issues with any products purchased through Amazon. I am looking for refund as it has only been used few times and now it's useless.

Item came to me broken and buttowork and doesn’t steam at all. Im

Constantly smokes in use, barely used
Never seems to work efficiently and smokes / overheats, faulty item after a few uses

Worked well for 6 months
Worked fine for 6 months. Now only hot air comes out. Tried descaling but it hasn't made a difference so will have to replace

Steamer broke after 2 months!
The steamer broke after 2 months & it is over 30 days return on amazon, so now i have paid £70 for a steamer to work for 2 months. The steamer has worked perfectly fine up until this point, one of the lights has switched off and stopped working during a treatment with a new client!!!
