Easy to use, handgrips helpful
Prepping for major surgery and was advised to strengthen upper body so I purchased these 2 # weights. Try to use 3 times a day for 20 reps each time and they are helpful. Easy to grip because of the shape.

Love these, great for at-home cardio kickboxing and more
I was "influenced" by a fitness that I watch/follow and so far, her suggestions never miss. These are awesome. I use them for fast-paced cardio kickboxing and even for pilates. They're really soft and easy to wrap in your fists. I am considering buying the heavier weights once I outgrow these weights.
