I shattered the porcelain lid that comes standard with the element mugs, and I only wish it had happened sooner. This lid fits securely and is surprisingly less noisy when paired with my reusable metal straws (silly critique, but when you’re driving bumpy roads the chattering straw was a legit annoyance).

It's been a few months with this product, probably using it less than 1 time a month. I was in the middle of disassembling the product for cleaning, when one of the the plastic tabs holding the sliding sip cover completely broke off. It is now unusable, and I have to replace it somehow.

The lids I received are the same original ceramic lids. They were not plastic.

I cracked the original ceramic lid that came with the mug, so I came here to order the replacement. The issue is that although the listing states it's plastic, the picture is of the ceramic lid, as are some of the detailed information further down the listing. $14 for a plastic lid is WAY too expensive. This should be a $5 item.
