Love that these are a natural based solution to allow my children to fall alseep on those restless nights. We do not take regularly but a few times a week when the day has been busy and the brains just won't stop thinking. My children get restful sleep and do not seem to show side effects the next day.

Exactly what I wanted
My son doesn't take Melatonin anymore, but when he did this was the only brand I would buy. I actually wouldn't use the whole 1mg, but would split them in half. Worked just as intended and the only brand melatonin I'll ever buy.
