Works great!
The only thing that kind of stinks is that only one remote can be paired to the TV. When we recieved the remote it seemed like it was already paired because it worked instantly. For the voice assistance you have to pair the remote by pressing the play button and the back button at the same time. When you do that, the other remote is no longer paired. It will still work, but the voice assistance will not. Its not a huge deal but we do use the voice button quite a bit.

This remote control for Samsung TVs is the real deal. I can't tell any functional difference compared to the original one that came with my TV and my dog chewed up.

Doesn’t work great with my TV
I have the 82 inch Samsung 8K. It paired right away, so I was very excited. But it doesn’t seem to work as well as the original remote. Sometimes I have to keep pushing to get it to do what I want. That’s why I only gave it a four-star.

The range is less than the original remote. I keep it as a back up when I missed place the original remote.

Great Replacement
The remote looks and performs as my other Samsung remotes do. Great replacement. As I didn't need the remote with the numbers and extra key buttons on it.

Two buttons stopped working properly after one month
The "go right" button and the "go down" button stopped working as they should after only 4 or 5 weeks of normal use. Now they must be pressed hard to perform their functions. This is extremely annoying as the buttons need to be used continually during video watching. Unfortunately for me, the Amazon return window is closed so I'm stuck with it.
