Wish I would have had this 3 years ago when I had a cast...
Three years ago, I tore a ligament, needed it repaired, and in the end needed to wear a cast on my leg for about a month and a half. I was in Bed Bath and Beyond before surgery and knew I needed something so I bought the only tub chair they had. It was sort of a piece of junk but got me through showers where I couldn't get my cast wet... Too bad I didn't order this one instead. it is FAR superior!!!!Now - you may ask - why am I buying another one if I don't really need one? It is true - I am not elderly and don't need assistance in the shower or tub and I don't have some fancy spa steam shower or anything. But once I had my original little chair - it became a fixture in my bathroom. It held my clothes when I showered, was handy to sit on for epilation or applying lotions to my legs. I also relied on it to sit on to dig through two small floor-level drawers at the bottom of my bathroom cabinets as well as really scrubbing my bathtub and even when I had to apply new tub edging sealant. Once the original crappy cheap chair's legs finally totally bent out of shape - I chucked it - but missed it.So glad I got this one to replace it. It is VERY sturdy - takes up less space with the legs, is adjustable in height, looks sort of cute (for industrial medical equipment anyway) and unlike my other one which really didn't fit in my tub - this one fits no problem because of the low-profile legs - even when I push it all the way to the back of the tub, which is narrower. Plus - unlike the other one this one fits over the edge of my tub - meaning if I want two legs on the bathroom floor and two legs in the tub at the same time - no issue - because the legs adjust - plus no problem keeping it level either - the legs adjust. With my other one I couldn't do that at all - plus I had to jam it in the tub to fit it. This one is PERFECT, though! Now to be honest it does look a bit too industrial and medically for my tastes - but it is what it is. I am currently searching for some type of cover for it. Although the seat itself looks fine in my predominantly white bathroom - the silver metal legs with blue feet bother me. I am hoping to find (or make) something to just cover the legs - then it will actually look cute sitting in my bathroom!PS - I have no idea about the included suction handle. I actually gave it to my parents who don't really need it either - but they are older than me - so maybe... Otherwise it would have just gone to waste. Don't think they used it yet, though. The shower puff also included is fine. It is a small cheap one - but I can't complain since it was a freebie. : ) the chair is awesome!

Nice product
I can only speak for 150# of sturdiness but it went together fast and has sucker cup feet so it don't slide around but the suction isn't so that you need a winch to get it un-suckerd, for lack of a better term. Drains well and isn't to big where it's a nuisance.

Unsafe slips all around, small seat
Super easy to assemble. However it claims to hold up to 300 lbs and I don't know how. Maybe strength wise but not width. I'm about 230 with plus size glass body type. The seat is JUST wide enough assuming I don't ever need or want to use the handle holes. The hand screws constantly come loose and is completely unsafe once it gets wet. The suction feet do nothing for it. I should have took measurements of my tub and got a wider one. I had to have surgery on my ankle so this only has to last me another month at most. I don't see it breaking. But I've had to put a towel under it so it doesn't move away from me when I'm trying to sit down or get out. Thankfully I have a tub with a side I can sit on otherwise I would have fallen a couple of times.

Space saving with a bonus!
I started my summer off with a bang by breaking my ankle on our first camping trip of the season. Fantastic. Along with having my summer plans ruined, I had to learn how to get around on crutches, delegate work that I wasn’t able to do anymore and figure out how to handle basic thinks like taking a shower while not being able to put any weight on one foot.My shower is tiny. This stool was the perfect size. It snapped together easy and was lightweight enough I was able to carry it myself. The stool came with a “bonus suction handle”. I thought this was a little strange, but hey, free handle, cool. I put it on the wall of my shower in front of the stool and didn’t think anything else of it.Let me tell you something. That handle was a god send. It never occurred to me until I was on the stool, showering away, about how was I supposed to get back up with one functional foot and a slippery floor? Enter the suction handle. This thing literally saved my butt. Thank you for creating such a small, sturdy, space saving shower stool with a handle for dummies like me who don’t even realize they need one until they’re already in the shower. HIGHLY recommend.
