How to switch the blade mode?

Rotate the edge button to switch according to your needs. Refer to the video for specific usage. Shredding can be adjusted from 4.5mm to 9mm, slicing can be adjusted from 3mm to 9mm.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Completely fine. The product is made of stainless steel and ABS. You can also clean it with the supplied cleaning brush, and take out the built-in blade by twisting the rotary button on the edge of the chopper to switch the blade to the "out" sign.
