Works really well
I keep the tray in the tank at all times to feed my shrimp, but I only put the tube in when I'm actually dropping down the food. This allows me to aim perfectly into the tray, which can now sit in the center of the tank.I also tried to initially have the tube in at all times, but that limited the location of the tray and I was a bit paranoid that a fish could swim into the tube and get stuck (never happened).I highly recommend this for anyone with shrimp and/or bottom feeders as it helps to keep the food exactly where you want it and allows you to take it out before it makes the water bad.

Perfect to keep my substrate cleaner
I just placed this dish near the front of my tank and don’t actually suction the glass feeding tube to the aquarium itself. What I do is I insert the feeding tube down into the dish then drop in some food so I can control where the food falls down into so it keeps the mess to a minimum

Helpful for axolotl feeding
This tube has made it so much easier for our not very smart axolotl to find his food! We no longer have to drop pellets on his head. It doesn't work quite as well for worms so we still tweezer feed those.

Suction?
Having trouble with Suction cups but haven't cleaned glass well yet so I don't know for sure. Happy with price and product overall.

Works
This one of the best accessories I've purchased for my tank. The fish quickly know that's where the food comes. I bought a second one to split the food on different sides of the tank so there are no fights. As other people mentioned you must be careful, small fish will go up the tube. And I have African dwarf frogs that have gone inside several times. Not sure if they know how to get out or not. But I pour tank water down the top to flush them out, just to be safe. The only con, is it does get pretty nasty inside the tube and isn't easy to clean. That's not a strike against the manufacturer, just how any cylinder would be. It's the best accessory that no one told me I needed prior to getting a tank.

Has its purpose, but may not be for everyone
I purchased this because I wanted to make sure my shrimp knew where the food was, and to make sure I could keep an eye on how much they were eating. I opted to leave my tube in the tank and remove the dish daily for cleaning. The neck suctioned to the wall just fine, and I used it for about a month. One thing to keep in mind is that you should take the long tube out from time to time, because the majority of the water inside of it will be stagnant.I realized over time that I didn't really need this product --- once I understood how and how much my shrimp ate, I just started dumping it near the front glass, and they access and eat it just fine. In hindsight, I could have skipped this product to save money, but again, it does serve a purpose.

Works well
Just do keep in mind that the tray is separate and the animals can probably move it away from the tube unless the tube is down far enough (somewhat inside the tray.) nice quality glass.

Good quality
The media could not be loaded. For those who write about big bubbles:you do not have patience or do not know how to regulate the correct air flow. Each at the first start gives big bubbles.About the product:Made of high quality material, pleasant to the touch. After purging and adjusting for 5-7 minutes, it gives small bubbles.
