I really feel this product is helping me. I want folks to understand that it is not a "magic" pill...you can't eat whatever and expect to lose weight at night. I eat sensibly and exercise 6 times a week. It seems to have really boosted up my weight loss. I have been using this product for 5 weeks...just ordered more. I love how it helps me get a good night's sleep also. I have lost 14 pounds while taking this product. I highly recommend it...just keep in mind you have to do your part and it will do its part.

Be very careful with this product. I took it for six weeks and if you do not drink the recommended 64 ounces of water each day (which I did not), over time you get very dehydrated and your intestines fail to function properly. It was extremely painful and took 2 weeks for things to return to normal once I stopped taking the diet pills. Don't get me wrong, I did drink a fair amount of water daily but with busy job; many days I wasn't able to drink to full 64 ounces. Also, I became very week and dizzy towards the end. Most likely due to the dehydration. I did see results but again; if you're going to take these pills, please drink minimum 64 ounces daily if not more. I will not ever purchase these pills again.
