I take one full Tablespoon of this honey each morning and mix it with the juice of One Whole Large/Jumbo Sized Lemon. Tasted great! My first impression of the taste was creamy, buttery, and the sweetness was much smoother than regular honey. Love the taste. The health effect was incredible. A quick energy booster and a much healthier digestive system, including a much stronger prostate. The health effect may differ from others', but for me, it is bordering on a miracle. It’s the first thing that works on my Gerd/Lpr.. it nicely coats my throat and esophagus and takes away the burning instantly. It’s also not harmful like anti acids are in the long run. It tastes good too.!
