Great for compost bag liners but beware of moisture sweating through
We keep a small stainless steel bucket in the kitchen for compostable organics. We had been using paper bag liners for a while but those didn't fit well, were expensive, and leaked badly or worse, got mould on them. After some research bought these liners and have been using fo several weeks with the following observations:1. They are super thin and consequently not all that durable. For a small bin like ours they were fine, but I don't know if I could trust them in larger sizes in bigger receptacles.2. They 'sweat'. Even though they're a plastic-like material, they let moisture through to some extent. While they contain liquids some moisture seems to evaporate through the walls, and this can condense on the outside of the bag/inside of garbage can.3. Notes above aside, they hold up well and we haven't had any problems with them. While I can't speak to the actual degradability of them I'll take their word. For our use they've been fine.

Product should be free
Garbage not a metaphor. Not worth a penny! bags split and rip when opening. They hold almost no compost and fall apart after just a few things being put in it. I can buy compost bags triple the size, quadruple the durability and has handles to tie the bag after for 10 cents a bag. And only need to buy 1 at a time! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Work really well
We have had a long standing problem with our undersink compost container. We used newspaper to line it but the vegetable scraps seeped through and stuck to the container which required constant scrubbing to get rid of the smell. These bags are great! Our container is square and has a 2 gal./ 8 liter capacity. The bags fit perfectly and when the container is emptied into our composter it is perfectly clean only requiring a small rinse. I don't think the bag is strong enough to carry the scraps, we just take the undersink container to the bin and tip it in (about once a week).I didn't give a 5 star rating because the bags are made in China. I hope these bags are truly biodegradable as I have always wanted a better, food grade substitute for newspaper.

Great Compost Bags - Thicker Than Most
Great compost bags at a great price!! These are thicker than the Costco brand I had been using and I've had no issue with tearing the bags off as some reviews mentioned. I've had no issues with leaking either. I will definitely buy again.

Delgadas, pero cumplen su función
En ocasiones se rasgan con las cáscaras de huevo, por lo que tengo que acomodar ese tipo de basura, pero cumplen su función
