Frame is made of aluminum so is very light weight but robust. I had to modify it to use it on a second floor porch, so no attachment to a wall but a roof top. Instructions are not the best, but you can get it through the graphics. It will probably take you a whole day to install it and on the gutter I replaced 8 small screws for a bigger self-drilling screws. Besides that everything connects right, make sure to use glue or silicone on the middle metal line that divides and connects both polycarbonate sheets of a total of 7, in order to prevent water leaking as per instructions.Delivery was super fast and I was grateful when I contacted the seller to adjust the price because as soon as I purchased the item was on a promotion 10% off. They replied immediately and honored the offer.In general I’m very satisfied with the product appearance, quality, and price. Best alternative to a wooden one and I highly recommend it! 😀

It was packed very well and delivered quickly. The instructions are relatively clear, but it was missing one set of screws that were in the parts list, but not in the instruction set. I put it on my deck, so could not follow the instructions where you build everything up and then slide the panels in, instead built it left to right. Painters tape seemed to help hold things together while the next suppprt was installed. The last connector inside was too long on one end so I had to cut 1/2 strip off the end. Several of the screw heads popped off when using my drill, so I had to file down the stubs. As instructed, i caulked the corners, but wish I had caulked all the seams as some water is getting into the panels. Also, the positioning of my awning is under trees so I left off the gutter part, but there is nothing holding the panels in but caulk. We’ll see how it does!Overall, it’s great and a much cheaper alternative to a heavier duty awning, but you should have some tools to make your life easier.

Great addition. Took a few days to put together but it turned out great. Only a few small issues with set up. First the end gutter piece, the three that you have to put all together that have the downspouts are hard. The screws provided just snap off so be prepared to drill first. And the only other issue was some of the panels had rough spots that we had to sand to get them to slide in properly. Otherwise it was pretty straight forward. Great product

Assembled all the pieces just to find out that it does not line up properly for the panels to slide through had to spread the support beams that attach to the house 7 inches apart just slide the panels in properly seller is telling me to send it back which includes me taking everything off taking apart all the screws and beams, poles putting it back in all five boxes and sending it back to them don’t waste your time or your money

Over all I am extremely happy with this. It arrived sooner than expected and they do a really good job with their protective packaging. The finish is a lot higher quality than I expected. The hardware it comes with is a little cheap. I ended up replacing the to the house mounting hardware with some better stuff. Installation went fairly easily. You do not need construction experience to install this. If You are handy and have some common sense you’ll be just fine. For now I will highly recommend this product, however I’m in the Pacific Northwest so we will see how this does once the rain hits.

Three stars because it does give you an option for a budget shade structure that does eventually work just schedule an entire day to build it.... The provided fasteners were metric bolts that slid into a channel and then we're lock nuts were tightened. This seemed ok until you have to place the final gutter on and there is zero clearance to use the provided fasteners. This is where you have to adapt and use self tapping sheet metal fasteners which. Sure void any possibility of a warranty... Other than that it did go together even though the instructions were a bit hard to follow

Overall, I'm satisfy with my purchase. Took about a day to complete. The instructions were not the greatest. The main problem being the gutter. The screws were too long and very cheap. I ended using my own screws. Also the holes were too small.

The media could not be loaded. This product is amazing. The instructions are okay if you know how to interpret mechanical drawings. It definitely will take you 4-6 hours and individuals minimum. It looks amazing on my backyard.
