It's a sturdy little thing! Nice and bright. As you can see! Perfect for spotting those pesky little aliens always sneaking in to steal you socks and such. Oh, you didn't know that! Where on earth did you think the socks go? Not on earth is the answer. One good dose and it leaves the little guys glowing like christmas lights, or seasonal lights if you want to get all PC about it. I think it blinds them too, poor little things wandering into garbage disposal, I can hardly stand their cries at I flip it on and off. But I got all my socks.

I am newly into theLapidary Field and I thought having a nice ultraviolet light would help stand some of these rocks out and help display them for me to show. This one does work very nicely, but it is a low quality light. Meaning that if you’re really looking to get in and highlight some of the deep product in the rocks, this is not, the product you want. If you just want one, that’s gonna highlight and make the little stuff stand out this will work just perfectly so your stuff before you order and I sure you will be happy either way.

That is one of the weirdest ways to charge the battery. The battery itself has to be plugged. That detail could have been useful in the instructions included in the Box but it's not. I was about to write a scathing one-star review, and if I hadn't gone back to this product page on Amazon, I wouldn't have seen the video where they demonstrated how to charge it. Otherwise, the product is mediocre/okay.

I work with Uv resin alot and needed something for small projects. I wasn't sure how or if this would work well. It works amazing. The only weird thing was I got the rechargeable version and the only way to charge it is through the battery. I've never seen this way of charging before.
