The speed of write/transfer doesn't go beyond 40mbps even after connecting to USB C port in laptop which is far less compared to written in description which is 1000mbps. My HDD have higher speed then this SSD.

Dont get me wrong its decent external drive - NVMe based and quite fast. But I extract internal NVMe part and install in into UGREEN NVMe enclosure and, surprise - it work MUCH faster now.

Perfect as described and fast delivery

Delivers a stable writing speed of 360mb/s(from a Samsung 860 evo to this device). Temperature increased by 10-11 Celsius after processing 80GB data.

Delivery was on time.Unfortunately WD didn't work, it took ages trying to install itself, got stuck at 18% until i gave up and finally decided to return it..

Good product but included usb cable is too short, gets hot with long data transfers.

This sleek and colourful WD drive just arrived ...and it initially 'looks' promising and seems fast at 'write speeds' when copying single files ( Multiple files... and like every other drive, it slows down considerably ) Heft is sometimes thought of... as a barometer of quality. This feels plasticky, but that could also be considered a benefit, as it's exceptionally lightweight. I'm not sure how long the very striking 'plasticky' body of this so-called 'metallic' drive will last, or how it might look after a couple of months in back pockets and of day to day use? I've photographed it ( upside down for some reason? ) next to the Sandisk Extreme and you can see that the Sandisk is marginally smaller and not as bulky as the WD drive. The Sandisk also has a rubberised coating, that looks like it might withstand a drop. Can't imagine the WD surviving a similar drop as well as WD says it will? In summary, the drive looks good, performs OK, but is plasticky in a way that says 'cheap'. Purchased on a 'special deal' and I'm not sure I'd chose this option again, over the Samsung 'T' range or the Sandisk if it weren't.

Has this 2 months, stopped working , because I have had it over 30 days can't return it or get it repaired. £70 down the drain.

Very fast downloading of files. Very light. Very portable. Overall really pleased

Come si vede dalla immagine la velocità rilevata su surface, quindi un pc di ultima generazione è esattamente la metà di quella dichiarata, puo' essere un articolo difettoso o contraffatto?Inoltre c'e' un problema come si vede dalla immagine 2 il cavo è davvero troppo corto e l'oggetto rimane appesoper il resto è bello colorato di metallo e leggero e piccolo

In benchmarks o in uso per giochi, collegato ad una usb 3.2 2, creava problemi di stabilità del sistema.Connettore che fa muovere il cavo.Non è stato un buon acquisto.Nulla da togliere ai dispositivi WD, solitamente ottimi
