The people of Lynchburg have been using dry rubs to enhance the flavor of their meats since before the turn of the century. This is an excellent dry rub marinade for pork, chicken, seafood or wild game.It is also an excellent seasoning for vegetables (especially on baked potatoes), soups and stews.

Wouldn't use anything else on my ribs. Amazing flavor....
