Sufficient functionality, excellent value, and fit for purpose
I purchased this item because I had previously purchased another product from the same vendor (Wellue): the O2Ring Wearable Sleep Monitor, with which I am very satisfied (I wear it every night to alert me should my O2 level fall below a set value). So I had high expectations for this pulse oximeter, given how well that "O2Ring" and smartphone app worked together. Unfortunately, not all my expectations were met (but that is understandable, as I will explain). This pulse oximeter has just basic functionality in that, unlike the O2Ring, it does not [as I expected] have any recording capability. In other to examine its meaurements, the smartphone app has to be running; that I did not expect. The combination of the two (this pulse oximeter and its smartphone app, working together at the same time) can record its measurements, but not if the app is not running. Their O2Ring, in contrast, records its measurements within itself (so you don't have to have their app running on your smartphone at the same time); the stored data are available for download afterwards. That's fine, given that the "O2Ring" costs five times as much as this unit. Given the low price, I understand why there is no on-device data recording capability. Its function is, simply, basic. That said, what about the accuracy and responsiveness of this pulse oximeter? It appears to be just as accurate as a medical-grade, FDA-approved pulse oximeter I have (one which does not have any smartphone app monitoring capability), which costs ten times as much as this unit. Given the fact that you can (effectively) "snapshot" the recording data (in real time, so to speak) using the Wellue app in order to exhibit later (say, by taking a screenshot, or simply opening the app and showing the previously-recorded data to someone) along with the very low price of this pulse oximeter, I think it represents an excellent value; the combined function of the Wellue pulse oximeter and its smartphone app is superior to any other product I've encountered.

Does exactly as described!
I bought this item to add to my medical kit. I downloaded the app and everything was very easy to set up! All my readings are stored in the history of the app. Well worth every cent spent on this! Love the digital display and real time updates between the pulse oximeter and the app. Would highly recommend!

Nice Pulsox tool - the app works great too
This Device and app is easy to use. I like the history file that gets generated. 1 feature to add would be a download function for all the historical data. I’d like to see a small carrying case add too.

The app has a lot ads. Otherwise, the Oximeter works fine.

Record your O2 level and heart rate on your phone
You'll have to download the recommended app for your phone, but once you do, you just put the monitor on a finger and open the app -- It starts recording your oxygen level, saturation level, and pulse/bpm. I guess it will keep recording as long as you're connected, though I only do 2-3 minutes at a time. Seems to be reasonably accurate.I only wish it would import the readings to My Chart or other program that my clinic uses, rather than a proprietary app. I have yet to show the recorded data to my PA or specialists, so we'll see what they think of the data and the import options, if any.

Accurate.
This is easy to use. It's pretty fast & it's not hard to see or read out. Just what the doctor ordered!

Just got COVID even tho double VAXXED saved life
I recently got COVID even though I am double VAXX anyway I purchased this as a precaution and came in handy when monitoring with my doctor remotely. It saved me because my O2 dropped below 90 to around 88 and my doctor got me the right meds I needed really helped give vitals while doing remote telemedica and my doctor is 1 hour away. i stayed contained so I did not spread it and this really helped me. I am on day 8 and getting much better

Great O2 meter, but the app has severe money problems!
The actual meter is great, small and very light weight. It seems very accurate and updates fast. The only problem is the app, You can not use the app without paying some money. I could not find a free version anywhere. Read close, they want your money up front! (Free to use - B.S.)
