My daughter is 2.5 and weighs maybe 35lbs, but still has a bit of her baby belly -- this did fit around her and zip, but it felt tight to her and she was unhappy for a while until she got used to it. Our only hope of wearing it again next summer is if she slims way down, otherwise it was sort of one-use for us. Aside from it running small, I liked that it had the strap between the legs and the neoprene material is pretty soft, no rubbing or chafing. It rode up to her cheeks while sitting on the boat, but she doesn't have a very long torso, so that was to be expected. Overall happy, just wish we could get more use out of it since it was advertised for up to 50lbs.

Bought this product for my 3.5 and 5.5 year old girls. I was worried about the fit after reading some reviews that they run small but they fit both kids perfectly. we got the jackets for days on the lake boating and the kids stay in them all day with zero complaints! They are light weight and comfortable, not like the life vests I remember wearing as a child. My 5 year old is a good swimmer and my 3 year old does not swim on her own yet, but is comfortable in the water and both kids do great swimming in these jackets. Highly recommend.

Seems well made and is easy to adjust. We only used it a few times but it was comfortable for my 5 year old to wear. The sizing chart is accurate, the fit was great.

Our 15 month old is 31 pounds (99th percentile for height and weight), and this fits her well with room to grow! She seems decently comfy in it, too (as far as a toddler in a life jacket goes), and it's not too long on her so she can move around. It should last her for a little while, but I'm doubting until 50 pounds - seems to be on the smaller side. Our 4yo son is 45 pounds and it's too small for him - fits much smaller than his life jacket that starts at 30lbs as well.

This fits on my 34lb 4 yr old just fine. He asks to keep the bottom buckle un clipped because it pushes on his stomach. Otherwise it fits him fine. The cut does seem “short and narrow”z. So if your toddler is quiet round you may have to get to a store to try on life jackets in person.Overall ha held up well for a summer of boating and swimming in the lake.

I did Soooo much research on life vest for children. Worried about them facing down and not being able to roll onto their backs etc. I’m so glad I settled With these for my 4 and 6 year old. Extremely comfortable and fast drying. They are both slim, around 30/35lb with room to grow.It’s been two years. Kids are now 6 and 8 years old. These life vest are still going strong. Still look brand new. You can throw them in the washer. Let them air dry. It’s starting to get tight on my 8 year old. He just pushed 50lb on the scale so these vest are definitely tts.

Puddle jumpers. Just purchased two of these for grandkids. Ages 2 and 4. Love them and here’s why. For little ones the two snaps and zipper are adequate as they are use to being in the water and have some ability to swim. Ones with 3 snaps if worn for a long time seem to ride up under chin. The material is soooo comfortable compared to the nylon ones. Versatile for pool or boating. I ordered the pink and they are just so nice looking.
