Need to modify base to attach to the heat sink but works well so far
2001 sl500 had problems with fan control. This seems to work but had to rip/scrape off the old unit from thr top of the blower motor housing and I ziptied this one so there is a good connection to the heat sink. Caution it gets extremely hot when testing so do not touch metal exposed part when handling it after it has been plugged in and working even for under a minute
