It is black with white engraving on front and back. On front is a popular image of a St. Michael image. On back, is a poplar prayer to invoke St. Michael's protection. If you have a different linked chain, I would use it as the chain provided, might not be big for some persons.

I ordered this for one of my young grandsons. Although it’s more the size for an adult, but figured with an adjustable chain it can be sized for him. He’s only four yrs old, but he wanted a crucifix to wear like his older siblings, and I thought he’d like the dog tag style with a beautiful image of the crucifix. It’s larger, a bit heavier and thicker than I expected. And I couldn’t be happier with it! I’m hoping the image doesn’t come off, as I read in a couple of reviews. If it does last (as I’m hoping) then this was by far the best thing I’ve purchased on Amazon. Really beautiful image, perfectly inscribed prayer on the reverse. And I’m grateful it was the traditional version. I’m sure I’ll be buying more of these!! $15 is very reasonable. Will be nice if they discount for buying multiples.

Wore it only 1 day, it got a little wet and the writing disappeared and the pic is pealing up. Why does Amazon let such cheap junk, trash be sold ???? Read their description, it's all BS !! I am highly upset with the lying seller and really mad at Amazon for letting cheap trash be sold because it appeared that amazon might be complicit ? Now I have to take my time to make a lable to ship it back and then find a place that will take the return all because this is JUNK !!!¡!!!!!!!! St Jude, the Saint of hopeless causes is my patron Saint. Guess that says A LOT! I love this particular prayer to St Jude, and I was also looking for a handsome pendant that was more than a small charm. I couldn't believe the great price on this dog tag pendant of St Jude AND MY PRAYER! Arrived today and it is EXCELLENT quality and GREAT LOOKING. Very, very pleased. Thank you!

I purchased this January of 2019 by the beginning of this year the entire image has come off now I'm left with a silver dog tag. I wore it daily to work and unfortunately it did erase the image and prayer

Not bad quality for the price.I thought this item was "etched in",it is actually some sort of "raised printed".That being said, it won't hold up to long term abuse.All that said, decent quality for the price.I would recommend, and buy again.

I purchased this St. Jude necklace for a dear friend that was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and was given no hope of recovering. He appreciated they thoughtfulness and wears the prayer around his neck daily.

I opened the package to find some small scratches on the pendant. I wrote the sender telling him/her that I wasn't satisfied with the scratches, but I never heard back from them. Other than that, it is beautiful and I wear it 24/7. I try to ignore the scratches, but it would have been nice to hear from FAYERXL.

This dog tag was nice and thick, very well made. The etching on it front and back is perfect. Very good value for the price and exactly as described.

Not worth it, it fades so fast, the image at first is beautiful but your left with a blank metal so quickly
