Solid board suitable for heavy use, some tweaks required
I bought this board to upgrade from a 5Gen Core i5/16GB DDR2 rig with a Gigabyte Z87 board. My job requires me to work with many large (>100GB) 64-bit Win10 virtual machines, and my Core i5 machine was thrashing too much. With this board and 6Gen Core i7 16GB DDR4, the difference is huge. Some tweaking was required - the delivered BIOS version 3401 had VT-X for hardware VM support but it was disabled with no way in the UEFI to enable it. Upgrading to BIOS v3601 fixed this and gives much more granularity over other CPU settings. BIOS flashing using the UEFI EZ-Flash tool was simple and straightforward. The MB has only 4 SATA ports. I need 6, so I ordered an IO Crest 4-port SATA III PCIe 2.0 x2 controller, SI-PEX40064 and also a JacobsParts USB 3.0 Front Panel Expansion Bay to take advantage of the 20-pin MB header. This was my first ASUS board in many years. I'm very pleased with the results and would readily buy it again.

Clean, Good Diagnostics, and Easy to Connect Up
Mine came clean and pristine and it is working like a champ in a rig that I built. It's solid and I loved the diagnosis it came up with even before I'd put an OS onto the rig. Once it's wired up all the ways it tracked everything that i'd put on it was really great. The board was clearly marked and the information pamphlet made it easy to connect up everything. So I'd highly recommend this for anyone that wants to build a budget rig. And it says right in the title that it's for DDR4 RAM, and the sticks I bought are working perfectly in it.

Easy install
Easy installation and bios set up had no issues low power consumption board runs fatal frame 5 off of the boards integrated graphics I found this out after I realized my msi 2060 graphics card was faulty I was like well how is this graphic intensive game playing if my computer is telling me my GPU is not connected 😂 I'd still recommend getting a GPU for any board but yeah this is made of good stuff you'll need a wifi adapter unless you buy the higher priced model though

It works, I guess
No real issues with this motherboard, to be honest. I installed it, and it works. Can't really say much more than that until I've had it for a while. Still, the box arrived unsealed, and someone seems to have pilfered my I/O shield as well as my SAT cables. Kinda messed up, but at least it works. I guess.

Don't waste your money on a cheap board
Had the unit is a clean simple with adequate cooling and a midrange card and CPU and within 6 months it has now failed.Just know you get what you paid for. I'll never waste my money on a cheap board again.

Highly recommend especially for a budget build
Works perfectly on a new pc build. No issues with shipping, product quality, or performance. Highly recommend especially for a budget build. BIOS is very intuitive also. Can't beat Asus motherboards

If I had to I'd buy it again.
PROS• UEFI bios• Skylake and ddr4 support• Cheap• 5 temperature sensors• Mosfets stay cool (not a board for overclocking anyway)• Led traces along audio chips (just fun extra and can be turned off, glow a yellow color)• Very good audio quality, not dac quality but very clean, best I've heard from a motherboard in a long time through my MDR-V6• It games; LoL, WoW, Dota 2, Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, GTA will all play nice with this board, (provided your gpu cost more than 90$)CONS• Motherboard shown is not the H110M-K it is the H110M-E (K model uses like 2 cheaper non solid capacitors and has dvi out, see picture)• Poor packaging, the mobo box arrived with parts falling out. Come on asus, a piece of tape would fix this.• Motherboard was dirty. I bought this new yet it looked used, not dusty but grime covered, like someone with chocolate covered fingers handled it.• Only 2 4pin fan ports but a fan splitter/hub can be used without any problem. This is a good motherboard for those looking to get on 14nm on a budget. I paired this with a; G4400, a single stick of crucial DDR4 8GB of ram and GTX 750TI. The pc runs like it costs more than I spent for it. I wouldn't recommend an I5 or I7, even though it supports it, be like dropping a V8 in a pinto.Grab a Pentium or an I3 and a budget GPU and you will have a computer that will do probably everything you could ask of it.

If you want to install W7 is pretty useful the EZInstaller included in the DVD Mobo
With a G4400 CPU, 8GB RAM module and a GTX750 i have a solid desktop for ocational gaming (eg. Dota 2) and stuff.Important note: If you want to install W7 is pretty useful the EZInstaller included in the DVD Mobo. You will need the W7 DVD installer (or an W7 ISO image) and also an >8GB USB stick in order to create a W7 unattended installer.
