Q: Gift box you gift box was not in an outer wrapper so has labels stuck all over it. Can I get a new box?

Yes indeed, I complained about a year ago about the same thing. I received two of these both with the Amazon delivery label stuck over the boxes, a real shame,. I peeled them off leaving a gift box with little buts of label plus very sticky where I had peeled the label off the gift box. 🎁 the remedy is to ensure when ordering that you are buying a gift and ask to have your order put in Amazon packaging.

I thought silk didn't build up static how wrong was I my hair has so much static if I dare touch my hair in the morning it's like a spider across my face n don't get me started on how many times I have to pick up the pillow after its slid of the bed in the night I'm sure you can get a silk pillowcase cheaper elsewhere as this pillowcase was pricey for what it is

These pillowcases are lovely to sleep on. So very soft. My hair is still in bed head style when I wake but hopefully it will be less damaged. I’ve bought some for my daughter who says they are better than cotton for her hair extensions.
