Amazing. Best sand I ever bought. Come to think of it, I don’t think Ive ever purchased sand. I live on the east coast. Walk to the beach. Why the hell did I just pay for sand? There’s so much of it here. It’s been around forever! Ok, the sand I just bought is a LOT prettier. And easier to transport. I would definitely recommend this sand.

This sand is to insulate between the heat of the fire and the thin lvl. steel of the fire pit. We burn wood, and presto logs in the fire pit. I use tongs and a brush to clear out remaining chunks, but that’s not what you want to know about. The sand works very well.

Small bag of sand for the price. Used once and the sand turned black where the flame hits. Wouldn’t recommend.

$26 for "10 pounds."But, the bag ripped somewhere between being packaged and being delivered so sand was leaking out of the Amazon bag and when I opened the Amazon bag, it was full of sand that poured out. But, other than the annoying packaging, the sand was what I ordered.

Works great in my gas fireplace. And the 10lb bag is plenty big for at least three refills.

Nice one as base layer for the fireplace, just be careful not to block the gas jet.

The sand seems nice. But I thought it would be more than it was. It also came in a broken bag, so if I wanted to return it, it would be impossible. Not as impressed as I thought I would be.
