El conjunto de la pluma, el cartucho, el convertidor y su caja de latón me encantaron por una hermosura sobria que le da un aspecto muy retro, como la propia de un elegante burócrata de película distópica de Terry Gilliam. La escritura es muy confortable, la variación muy tenue al aumentar la presión, cosa que no es necesario probar, pues el trazo es muy suave y bella su línea. Esta Pilot MR ha desbancado a mi Lamy Safari, que ahora siento rasposa, en comparación.

A gr8 entry level premium pen. Looks are decent, nothing to boast of..or rather it doesn't seem much like a premium pen. However, writes smooth with an even flow of ink, same as a Lamy Safari (Fine Nib). Grip is comfortable, does not slip. Cap mechanism is working fine even after 5 months of regular use. Highly recommended for people planning to buy an entry level premium pen.Adding on to this review after six months. But for the ink converter, its an excellent pen. Limitations of ink converter can be taken care of by using cartridges...and if required...syringe for refilling them. Found it better than Lamy...which is made of plastic while Pilot MR is metallic. Just choose ur nib type and go for it....u won't regret it.

Como dicen algunos, cumple con las 3 B's (buena, bonita y barata). Para ser más precisos, cuesta una fracción de lo que las venden en otros lugares.Muy acertado por Pilot, dirigida a todo público sin distinción de edad ni género.Será la bic de los rollers? Podría decirse que no, pues los rollers Pilot G2 son de lo más vendidos, aún más económicos y más cómodos. Aunque por el precio de la Metropolitan, que también usa repuestos G2, yo diría que los vale por tener un diseño más atractivo con más personalidad que está tomando un aspecto muy japonés.

Ya había tenido el gusto de comprar otra Metropolitan, en color ciruela con el acento de Leopardo.La pluma en sí escribe como seda, maravillosa y terriblemente práctica al ya incluir un convertidor. Al compararla con una LAMY Safari que compré después, definitivamente elijo esta por su suavidad. La caja de regalo, aunque de un aluminio sumamente delgado y una construcción pasable, añade mucho valor. El cartucho de tinta que incluye es bueno para quien apenas empieza y quiere aprender a escribir con pluma fuente, pero a la large recomiendo comprar tinta de bote pues es mucho más rendidora. La puntilla y el sistema son fáciles de limpiar y mantener.Aparte, es una pluma para la batalla. Usaba la Metropolitan ciruela arriba mencionada desde agosto 2019 hasta que me la robaron en el Metro para la escuela, notas en la oficina y demás, escribiendo alrededor de 10-20 páginas diarias y nunca se quejó. Aparte su construcción es sólida y su peso adecuado tirando a ligeramente pesado.Es una auténtica pluma para todo el mundo, desde principiantes que no saben del ámbito hasta expertos que necesitan una pluma de batalla. 10/10.

Beautifully crafted pen. I love the design and the weight of the instrument in my hand. I wish it would write a bit more smoothly. I was expecting something similar to the disposable Pilot Varsity that I got, but with a finer nib. The nib is finer, but the ink isn't flowing as much as in the Varsity. I tested it with three different cartridges, one blue-black, one violet and finally he black one that was provided with the pen. The first two inks seem to be thicker and didn't flow like I wanted. The provided black one gave me much better results, which leads me to believe that the choice of ink is important for this pen. I ordered Noodler's blue eel ink, which is said to be "lubricated". I'm looking forward to try it in this pen. I wish Pilot would provide the same ink that is used in their Varsity pens, which is very liquid and dark, more so than the refill cartridges that I bought. I should write a review for these too. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I'm eager to try Noodler's ink in it. BTW, the outer body is a very dark blue, almost black, depending on the lighting. Under my natural light lamp, it is very beautiful.Edit: I'm now using Noodler's blue eel with the con-50 converter and it works beautifully. I'm totally satisfied and I'm raising my rating to five stars.
