I used the whole box. Tastes nice, but no noticeable improvement in my skin. Perhaps it requires long term use.

I bought this to see if it will help with the dryness of my skin. I am a Type 1 diabetic and also going through menopause. This means lots of dry skin. I decided to take it daily for the first 10 days. I am currently on Day 9. I can see an improvement in my skin. My hair and nails are also growing a lot. A lot of reviewers commented on the overly sweet taste. I drink mine at room temperature and really have no issue with the taste. It us such a small amount. I fill the bottle half way with water after consumption, shake it and then drink the water. That catches all the residue that might stay behind and also softens the sweet taste. Overall I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it in maintenance mode.
