I wanted to find a small steamer pitcher for our new espresso machine that has a very small steamer wand on it. This little guy is the tinniest cute size, and it’s perfect for the small wand on our machine. Doesn’t hold enough to really make a full latte, but our steamer wand doesn’t quite have the oomph to steam that much milk anyways. If you’re looking for a small pitcher that doesn’t take up a ton of space, this one fits in the palm of your hand. The matte black is nice as well.

I'd gotten into the habit of using one of those cheapy little frother whisk things for my coffee in the mornings, and I noticed one day, pulling a coffee cup from the dishwasher, that my whisk was making marks on the inside of the cup. So, I bought this little pitcher in which to froth my cream instead, saving my cups. Works well, doesn't seem shoddily made, cleans up easily, and holds just the right amount of froth for my coffee. A great purchase!

Got a taste for breve cortados, and was wasting entirely too much half and half using the 16oz milk pitcher that comes with the Breville Barista Express.This is the perfect size for macchiatos and cortados. With macchitos you'll probably still waste a few oz of milk, but I think if you go any smaller it'd be pretty hard to get right texture before the milk gets too hot. For cortados, there is virtually no milk waste.The only possible issue is perhaps if you have a really powerful steam wand - you might have a hard time getting all the texturing in before the milk comes to temp. It works fine with the Breville Barista Express, but I imagine that higher end machines have much stronger steam wands. I think this is a case where slightly lower steam power might work better.

I read the description and knew it would be small, so that wasnt an issue for me at all. I use it for heavy whipping cream and sugar free syrup to make coffee cold foam:)Holds just the right amount without wasting a big glass. Cleans easy and stores in my coffee drawer just fine

Perfect size for steaming just enough milk for a Cortado (just a few ounces). In full size steaming pitchers, the milk depth gets too low to get the steam wand under the surface enough to steam the milk. The metal thickness is a bith thicker than my full size steaming pitcher. It doesn't have measurements etched on the inside, but it's easy enough to eyeball the correct amount of milk.2023 update, the bottom welds on the handle gave out, probably from the heat cycles of sitting on top of the espresso machine. Top welds still holding fine and continues to work the same.12/31/24 update, top weld still holding string and working as well as the day I got it.

great for making a little bit of foamed milk for a macchiato or a cortado ; probably would wish for a 250 ml for the latter, a bit more buffer space, but you can do it in here

I only purchased for my 2 year old granddaughter to use and serve her own drink. It is small and I will look for another one a bit bigger.

I drink a cortado every morning and this sized steaming pitcher is perfect. See pic for sizing reference next to a cortado glass. This won’t be large enough for a typical cappuccino, so just make sure it works for what you want. The stainless quality has held up to near daily cleans in a dishwasher without pitting or corrosion. I actually just ordered a second one since it always seems to be in there!
