Great addition to many dishes.
Adds a great flavor profile for many dishes, it's nice and smooth with a small bit of heat. Not a strong scent either.

Just the right amount of heat
This is delicious! It's crunchy and spicey, and umami without setting your face on fire. Highly recommend.

Great taste, but the crunchies are really HARD
The taste using this adds to my food is SO GOOD, but when it says crispy, they aren't kidding. I was down for crispy, but I wasn't prepared for this level of crispy. It was like having large pieces of sand in the sauce. I don't know who has the teeth (or wants to risk their teeth) for something so hard. I can't eat any more of it for this reason. I'm thinking of straining everything out so I can at least use the oil -- that way it won't be a total waste. I won't buy this again because I don't want to risk my teeth, but the flavor it adds to Asian dishes is so good that I sure wish I could enjoy it. I wound up buying a plain chili oil to replace it. And the plain chili oil is good, but it doesn't have the *something* that this oil does. The *something* is kind of like the *something* that makes sriracha taste so good -- that kind of something.

Needs more heat
I really do not like this a lot. It is very mild and has a grainy taste. The one I had been using was much hotter and had a sesame seed taste.

The BEST condiment of my LIFE!!!!
For me this was life changing! I had never known about this product in America and I wish I could order 200 at a time or it was sold in stores!!! It is literally so great it’s addicting!!!

Mr Bing’s Thai Chili Crisp is Phenomenal!
It can be addictive, especially if you enjoy a flavor bomb on your veggies, chicken, grains, well anything really. The mix of spicy & mildly sweet heat level is just fantastic. This is a delicious condiment. Only downside is that it’s a bit expensive.

Tastes too much like mushrooms for food that doesn't pair well with mushrooms.
The product is good but putting mushrooms in it (umami flavor) distracts from the chili flavor. However, it did go well with eggs and I imagine any food that goes well with mushrooms but the mushroom flavor doesn't pair well with Mexican/Latino style or cuisine that typically use mushrooms. Wish they would make one with just garlic and or onions for flavor instead of mushrooms.
