While the supplier is careful not to make claims about its health properties, just read the reviews and you'll get an idea. I'm one of those people who loves the tart, sweet, spicy taste - I dilute a tablespoon in 8 ozs of water twice a day- and I love the effects even more. I haven't slept this well in YEARS!!! I fall asleep, I stay asleep, I dream deeply and I wake up to find it's morning. At 65 that is a huge plus for my health and well-being. Also I was having very painful leg cramps in the middle of the night - gone! I will keep drinking this for the rest of my life, and I'm so grateful to Dynamic Health for providing this wonderful tonic.

I cannot take NSAIDS for overall inflammation because they were causing kidney damage. After rotator cuff surgery, the orthepedic surgeon reccomended I take Dynamic Healty Cherry/Turmeric/Ginger blend which he takes himself. Taking this tonic AND staying off sugar/carbs has really helped eliminate the constant pain and stiffness.

iv been taking this for three months. there is only one vitamin store that sells it. decided to try amazon not only did they have it its a lot cheaper even with the shipping cost. I have artheritis in my hands. one finger gets really tight from the imflammation this is the only thing that works. even the medicine the dr gives me don't work. if I don't take this for a few days it starts to flare up. its a lot better than that other stuff with side effects. I take it at night I seem to sleep a lot better. iv had R. A. for over thirty years and nothing helps like this tonic

I Love love this product I've been using it for going on 3 mos. I take every other day with Aloe Vera Juice. Awesome, pain and stiffness relief. I will continue to use the rest of my life! Much better than synthetic pain killers 💝

I used to pay a ton of money for the Montmorency Tart Cherry concentrate, which I used to help me sleep, but tried this tonic once when I couldn’t find the other. It’s great for me! The turmeric and ginger support my joints and digestion, and the tart cherry is still doing its sleep thing. I take a tablespoon in water before bed, or sometimes I put it over my evening yogurt snack. Highly recommended by me.
