It did exactly what I wanted it to do, relieve the leg cramps that I have been experiencing at night on occasion. I don’t particularly care for pickle anything, but it’s so worth it for me to deal with the taste. It works immediately. Others may love the taste, which would be a plus for them. highly recommend.
