$26 for 3 months of use
The chopper blade is good and sharp, works well, easy to use. Container is easy to clean but blade cannot be cleaned well due to sharpness. Container and blades are sturdy but the pull string is the deal breaker. I purchased it in January 2021 and the string is already in bad condition. That’s not the quality one expects for a $26 chopper. $26 for 3 months, that’s a absolutely ripoff. It’s expensive for it’s quality and durability. Very disappointed. I am not sure if there is any warranty. I DONOT recommend this item.

3 rd in ~10 years, quality of string bad, broke in 3 uses
I love this product, because it’s the only chopper that chopped the veggies the way I wanted. I must have bought and also gifted at least 6-8 of these. But the latest one had its string sleeve tear and block the pulling movement because of which I have to trash it. There’s no return after 1 month with Amazon.Save your money and don’t buy this product unless they fix the issue with the string.(The top video review also mentions the same issue, wish I had seen it before ordering it!)

Plastic can get shredded by the chord. No handle and the locks get food caught in them
I had used this device for way over a year now, but this review is related to the first 6+ months of its use.I love the ring design and the compactness of this product, and the blades still remained sharp for quite some time, which was probably the biggest highlight of this tool. I heard a lot of good things over its sharpness and it was somewhat entertaining to work with this device. It snapped in securely, and I've hardly had any situations where it would overspill or knock out of its lock.Unfortunately, the wear and tear of the other parts of this was a major concern. If you angled the chord slightly up or down, it shredded the plastic covering which was a health concern of mine. There's hardly any room to work with the angle to avoid this, unless you're comfortable with your counter-to-height ratios.Another problem is the gaps by the lock and the lack of handle and traction on this device. It does slide too much, especially if the contents are heavy. Shaking things into place and shredding them up smaller invites possibilities of small pieces getting caught in the log to the point where it becomes extremely difficult to open, and that can also cause some potential hazards with trying to force it open with that saucer design and a sharp blade that can fall out so easily. There are some cleaning concerns including the eventual rusting on a screw inside the blade's rod, and the mess or any tie-ups that the chord could have inside the lid. It cannot be taken apart in that manner, and as mentioned, the shredding of the plastic is something that can potentially get into the food, especially with how the lid is supposed to be opened. The wear and tear of the lid reflected way too early. This is not a very sturdy product, let alone a safe one to use if you're trying to handle more than basic small quantities of items. I figured I could save a few bucks and running more stand alone appliances in my kitchen if I can help it, but for the effectiveness of a food processor, it might be best to go out and buy a decent to high quality processor.I rated this one significantly better than another cheap plastic brand with a crank on the top.

Chopping with a Knife is Still Faster!
A bit disappointed by this product. I bought it because of the great reviews but I still find chopping with a knife much easier and faster. For one, the chopper is quite small. It's difficult to fit even one onion and if you can, it must be chopped into small pieces otherwise chunks will get stuck in the blade. Second, you need to "pull" several times before things are finely chopped - it's quite a work out! And even then there are small chunks leftover so the chopping is not very consistent. I have went back to using a knife as I find it much easier and faster.
