As advertised. The material is high quality. It doesnt itch like other materials.It makes you sweat a lot in the abdomen and thus reduces the waist size. I can totally see a difference in my waist size. My pants are one size down.Highly recommend for anyone looking to loose weigh around abdomen.

Will make you sweat but not tight.
I can tell it makes you sweat a lot which is good but I bought this to use post partum, It wasn't tight enough I have to have help from my husband to tighten is as much as possible and it still wasn't enough.

Slim down that waist in comfort it could not be easier
I wear this waist trimmer while I walk my doodles 3 miles 5 x a week. At the first time wearing the waist trimmer I was really surprised how much I sweated, when I took it off I was all sweaty and the waister was also wet. I got all excited realizing this is a great way to slim my waist and all I have to do is wear it. Now I walk and my fat around my stomach melts away. I did received this item at a discount but my opinions are 100% my own. Oh yeah this trimmer is very well made and comfortable to wear.
