I actually used these for mini "dirt cakes" (pudding mixture topped with crushed Oreos) for a garden themed birthday party. They were the perfect size for this. They are sturdy and re-usable. The birthday boy kept them and washed them so he could use them for starting plants. The lids are not as sturdy as the pots. They are fairly flimsy and were a bit difficult. You have to be careful or the lip bends and then there is no getting it on. However, I got all but two lids to co-operate. The little shovels that come with it are cute - I put them out as spoons. However, there is not one per plant - it just had a handful. So if this is for a child's activity, just keep in mind not each child would get a shovel. Overall great deal and I would buy again.

These cupcake flower pots are cute and easy to assemble. I found it more convenient to add the cupcakes before decorating them. The lid -once properly installed- is securely attached to the flower pot and protects the cupcakes.The lids are not dishwasher safe (they were not advertised to be), but the pots survived being cleaned in the dishwasher.

In the search for dessert ideas I came across someone who utilized something like these mini pots. I took my chances of creating them in the hopes they would sell at a bake sale. Well, needless to say, there was no need to push the sales of the item, they sold them self and they sold out fast. It's sturdy, but getting the bottom tray to click into the pot, some of them were a bit hard. I highly suggest putting it together before loading the contents in. Also, being that it's sold as a "nursery pot", I went ahead and washed and sanitized them prior to loading them up.Finally, it did not come with a shovel spoon like someone else mentioned, but it was not a problem for me as I had a stash of shovel spoons. I highly suggest purchasing some to go along with the pot if you are indeed using it for treats/baked goods.

These were perfect for our class to plant flower seeds for Mother's Day!

I purchased these for succulent propagation-- and they work like a charm. The dome lids help everything root and sprout so much more quickly than prior methods have. The only draw back is that despite the fact that they have the little drainage trays, there's no holes in the pots. I drilled drainage holes in mine with a regular bit.

Used for a child's birthday party. Very cute and high-quality. I will say that my mother, who has arthritis in her hands, had trouble pressing the bottom piece to the pot when we were putting them together, so that's possibly something to be mindful of. Excellent purchase otherwise and I would not hesitate to buy this again.

These pots are nice & sturdy, and the lid & tray feature are great also. But the pot has no drainage holes which is essential to good growing.

We bought these for a baby shower. Didn’t come with enough covers and not enough spoons. Some spoons were also damaged/broken.
