Effective! Takes about a week to kick in. Worth the money.
I do believe this really helps my joints. I was having a lot of pain in my foot (bursitis and tendonitis). It took about a week but after months of suffering the pain is gone.

This is an amazing product
I got this product on Monday and I literally cry tears of Joy!!!!! Right about now I would be in excruciating pain like in tears can’t move my leg.
