Hello customer, I know that you wanty to learn the size of the pendant. This diffuser pendant is 1.65" long and 0.4" in diameter. It's a suitable size of necklace pendant for women or girls to wear.

Q: Will this stain the clothes?

The little piece of felt like sponge is pretty well protected by the cage like cylinder. If you soaked it with too much oil it might ooze out the holes, but if you use just a normal amount (I use 3 drops or so) it will be fine.
