We purchased this pot for our camper. After the first trip, it now lives in the kitchen of our house. It is a great pot for anything that usually sticks -especially cheese based dishes and grits. Our other pans are higher quality stainless, but some things stick in them, especially cheese, then the scrubber side of the sponge gets messy with cheese when cleaning the pan. This pan wipes out great with the sponge side. The pan hasn't scratched yet. We use scratch resistant utensils, usually silicone, when we use this pan.

After my wife "somehow" managed to lose the 2-quart saucepan that was part of our expensive cookware set, I found this replacement on Amazon and ordered it. Delivered when promised, this Blue Diamond saucepan with lid has proven to surpass the quality of the one that my wife lost. Its nonstick surface is effective and durable. The handle remains cool enough to handle bare-handed while its contents are simmering on our gas stove. Having the included clear lid on this saucepan provides me with an unobstructed view of its cooking process while the lid's handle remains reasonably cool. Considering the quality and low price of this saucepan, I found it to be a good-value purchase.

This is a fantastic, versatile pan! Whether I’m stewing or frying, it handles both tasks with ease. The nonstick surface is great because I don’t have to worry about harmful chemicals, and I can use it with olive oil to make perfect eggs every time. It’s sturdy, pretty, and the clear glass lid with a handle and hole is super convenient. I can easily see inside while cooking, and the hole allows for easy pouring of any remaining liquid. For a single person, this is truly the only pot you need. It’s reliable, easy to clean, and does everything I need. Highly recommend!

I like this sauce pan with the glass lid. However the metal handle gets SUPER HOT. I am thinking of possibly returning this pan but I might try heat resistant silicone wraps for the handle. Otherwise the pan is very nice.

We love the Blue Diamond brand. Things do not stick. They clean up very easily! They don't have the chemicals found in some of the non-stick coatings. They are great for every day use!

I have not used it yet. But I had to throw away an old pot (not this brand) when it started flaking. This one was affordable enough and got good reviews so i ordered. This pot is absolutely beautiful! It appears to be well made and sturdy so its beauty is a bonus. I was pleasantly suprised. Update: It works great too. It wiped out easily after making mac and cheese.
