NO PRESCRIPTION GLASSES BETTER THAN MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES
I had seen a quick TV ad for these and was intrigued but then this seemed too good to be true, so I researched all over the net and on You Tube and decided to take a chance. The ability to close one eye and change the focal shape of the lens itself, then do the same thing for the other eye, more or less turns you into your own optician. I am 66 years old, male, nearsighted, sometimes need reading glasses for small print, and have astigmatism. While they tell you right up front these won't correct for astigmatism, at a price cheaper than most off the rack glasses at a drugstore, I'm glad I got them, this technology is ground-breaking wave of the future in my opinion. They are lightweight and look unisex fashionable.First night I got them, I put their own small instruction manual to the test, for me tiny print only readable with a magnifying glass. I adjust for each eye and wonder of wonders, could read it with no effort, sharp, clear, and minus the under water distortion of a traditional magnifying glass. I've already taken them to work and people are stunned as they adjust for their own eyes.Everybody is different and nothing is perfect, but then again, neither are prescription glasses which are quite pricey, sometimes requiring multiple visits to adjust the visual accuracy and insurance plans. These, if step on 'em, damage 'em, I just would get another pair and leave the adjustments to myself, which is the whole point.
