Rubie'sOfficial Super Model Wig, Adult Costume - One Size, Purple

This was the perfect wig for my hit girl costume! I was worried about the wig being too small from the other reviews I read, but I thought the wig fit perfectly. I am an adult, 5'4", normal size head, and I was pleased with the fit.My hair is fine in texture and is shoulder length, so I didn't use a hair net. Instead I put my hair in a bun, then I pinned the wig to my hair with bobby pins (under the purple hair, through the mesh, into my hair) and it stayed on with no issues for the entire day. I finger combed the wig when I first got it and tried it on, which alleviate the shedding issue throughout the day (I did not shed post comb).TL;DR: Recommendations for this wig:+ Pin it to your head+ Comb through (with fingers, not a brush) to minimize shedding+ Rock out

This is the worst wig you can imagine. The sparsely clumped hair is insufficient to cover much of the head. Any attempt to work with this monstrosity will simply make it worse. I wore it to a wig birthday party and the birthday girl, who was getting a picture in everone's wig, stopped me and said, "That is the worst f-ing wig I have ever seen - don't worry, I'm not going to try that on."Might be worth buying if you want to be a parody, but you'd better have a sense of humor. In all seriousness though, the wig displayed in the picture is a fraud.

I have bought three other purple wigs similar to this one for my kids halloween costumes. I could not find 4 of the same ones, so 2 came from Michaels Craft store, one came from ebay and this was the last one I purchased. When comparing the four wigs, the other three are much shinier. This one seems to be thicker and the color is a brighter purple then the others. The back is stacked for a shorter look. It seems to fit a larger head than the other three I have even though they all say adult. I think it is going to look great for the costume and I am happy with the purchase.

Thin on top . You can clearly see the mesh if you don't comb it correctly . I hated it at first . Smells really bad right out of the package . Spray it with some cologne or deodorant first . I bought 2 purple wigs like these and combined them into one full wig with a little cutting and sewing . Make sure you use a real wig brush to comb it out with if you want to minimize shedding . Considering it was only $5.99 and free postage it was still a good buy ! Really, how often are you going to wear a purple wig ?

Since I'm using it on one of my bonehead creations, a cow skull acting as a person, can't say how it'd fit on a person. Although many of the folks I've met definitely qualify as boneheads.
